Bardstock and the Cambria Arts and Heritage Festival

I recently attended 2 events locally and took some footage: Bardstock on August 23 and the Cambria Arts and Heritage Festival on September 13 and 14. Bardstock was a hastily organized literary festival by the group Poeming through the Dark, Flood City Fables, and Craftwork Studios. The video above is the footage I took at the event.

Ronald Shawley organized The Cambria Arts and Heritage Festival. He is a local historian and veteran. It was a hodgepodge of artists, historians, civil war and medieval reenactors, local nonprofits, the Cambria Republican Party (not the Democrats) a belly dancer and a Bigfoot researcher. I have attended it in the past and interviewed many colorful characters. We tabled at both events and gave out fliers and sold t-shirts. The video below is a roundup of the event. Bardstock and the Cambria Arts and Heritage Festival both give a revealing look into the culture of the area.
