Last Saturday I went to the annual Cambria County Democratic Pancake breakfast in Cresson, PA. Speakers there included former State Senator John Wozniak, Lt. Governor Austin Davis, and Congressional Candidate Beth Farnham. There were also speakers for State Representative Frank Burns, for State Treasurer Candidate Ryan Bizzarro, for Attorney General Candidate Eugene DePasquale, and for President Joe Biden. I interviewed Beth Farnham who is running against incumbent John Joyce for the 13th Congressional District after the breakfast. The video of the interview is below.
We spoke of her background as a school board member, how she was targeted by Mom’s for Liberty, and her foreign policy views. Lt. Governor Austin Davis speech is seen below. He had to leave immediately after to be on CNN.

The campaign of Beth Farnham for the 13th Congressional District faces an uphill challenge to unseat John Joyce. What Biden does in the next few months will influence how her and the other democrats fair in November. Polls between Biden and Trump have tightened in recent weeks with Biden closing the gap. The gap between Trump and Biden widened after the October 7 attack by Hamas and the subsequent attack on Gaza.
