Kadida Kenner, the CEO of the New Pennsylvania Project, spoke with me about the need for judicial reform here in Pennsylvania. Judges in the state are elected in odd numbered year elections when turnout is the lowest. We also talked about the need to battle voter suppression laws and to get as many registered to vote as possible. Her organization is located in 5 regions of the state and is looking to expand to the more rural parts of the state.
