The new Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) from the Census Bureau have been released for 2015. The data cover all states, counties and school districts.

For a table view if the income and poverty estimates for Pennsylvania see below. One county county of interest is Centre County which ranks 10th in the poverty rate and 19th in median income. This suggests a large gap between rich and poor there. On the other side of the coin Elk County has a relatively low poverty rate and a low median income suggesting a small gap between rich and poor there. The graph below show how these two counties are outliers.
